Can I upgrade or downgrade my service?
Yes! If you find your current service does not meet your requirements, you can upgrade/downgrade your hosting plan at any time.
To upgrade while logged into our client area, click "View Details" for the service to upgrade then simply choose "Upgrade/Downgrade" from the "Actions" menu and choose the available plan to upgrade to.
Note: Your services cannot be downgraded from our client area and require manual intervention. In which case, simply submit a ticket to our Sales department and we will help change the plan to the correct plan for your needs.
