How do I order using a subdomain?
If you prefer to use a subdomain for your reseller account, but get the error "The domain you entered is not valid" when ordering, instead of entering the subdomain as "subdomain.example.com", simply enter it as "subdomainexample.com" and then submit your order.
Once we have processed your order, you can then submit a request to our support team to correct it for you.
