I am not seeing the correct system resource limits in my DirectAdmin reseller account
Since DirectAdmin handles things a little bit different when it comes to CloudLinux system resource limits and packages than cPanel, it is important to note the specifics.
With DirectAdmin, you have RESELLER and USER.
With CloudLinux's Reseller Limits, the RESELLER must own their own account and therefore you have control over the package for the USER account.
When we create your reseller account, we assign the following overall limits for RESELLER:
RAM - 16 GB
Entry Processes - 200
Disk I/O - 350 MB's
Disk IOPS - 10024
NRPOC - 400
Inodes - Unmetered
But, since a reseller has no packages created by default, CloudLinux will assign the DEFAULT system resource limits to the reseller's USER account, which are:
RAM - 2 GB
Entry Processes - 20
Disk I/O - 150 MB's
Disk IOPS - 1024
NRPOC - 100
Inodes - Unmetered
Your overall limit is still the RESELLER limits listed above, not USER.
You can create packages in DirectAdmin and then they will appear in the CloudLinux Manager where you can then choose to assign your own limits up to your RESELLER limit.
