Terminal for SSH does not appear in my customers account.
In order to see Terminal in your clients account, you must make sure "Shell Access" is enabled for the account in the plan/package for the account.
Once you enable Shell Access in the plan/package in WHM for the hosting account, a Terminal icon should appear in the control panel for any customer account using that plan/package.
