I cannot pay my invoice by the due date, how can I avoid suspension?
We offer a 5 day grace period following your due date. After the due date, if your invoice still remains unpaid your account will be suspended for non-payment.
If you find you're unable to make the payment within the grace period, please make sure to contact us prior to suspension to make payment arrangements.
Note: In most cases, we will not reactivate an account after it has been suspended for non-payment, so making payment arrangements prior to having your account suspended is in your best interest.
