I am using a deprecated plan, can I change to a current plan?
What is a deprecated plan?
A deprecated plan means it is a discontinued plan and no longer offered to clients and cannot be modified in any way.
Can I continue using my deprecated plan?
Yes! You can continue using any of our deprecated hosting plans for the life of the account for as long as the service remains in an active status and invoices remain current.
Can I change from a deprecated plan to one of your current plans?
Yes! If you're currently using one of our deprecated hosting plans and would like to change to one of our current hosting plans, simply submit a ticket to our sales department and let us know which plan you would like to change to and we will update your hosting plan for you.
