I made a PayPal payment, but my invoice still shows unpaid
This will typically happen when you make a payment via PayPal and then immediately cancel the subscription before our system receives the payment confirmation from PayPal, therefore the payment will not be properly applied to your invoice.
If you encounter this issue, simply open a ticket with our Sales department and request to have us manually find the payment and apply it to your account for you.
When opening the ticket, please make sure to include:
- SimpleSonic Invoice #
- PayPal Transaction #
- Date/Time of transaction
In the future, if you choose to cancel the PayPal subscription after making a payment, please confirm your invoice is in a "Paid" status prior to cancelling the subscription. Once payment is confirmed you can then cancel the subscription without issue.
