Order did not complete, but I see charge on my credit card?
When you submit an order and choose Stripe (Credit Card) as the payment type, a pre-authorization for the order amount is processed on the card used in order to verify the billing address and card information.
These pre-authorizations are temporary and normally disappear after 24 hours (depending on your card issuer) if your order is not completed.
