Issue: You receive an error saying "Cannot create due to limits" or "Cannot use due to limits" when creating packages or accounts in WHM.
Due to the way cPanel reseller privileges work along with CloudLinux Reseller Limits, we must impose a disk and bandwidth limit for our resellers. Therefore on our cPanel plans, it is not possible to create "Unlimited" disk space or bandwidth plans.
Overselling is enabled, so you can create plans/packages with disk space and bandwidth higher than your plan offers, but you cannot create plans/packages that have "Unlimited" disk or bandwidth plans/packages.
Note: The maximum bandwidth you can enter for any package is "99999999".
If the ability to create "Unlimited" plans is an absolute necessity, we suggest using one of our DirectAdmin reseller plans that will allow for that functionality.
