If your receive the error "The domain you entered is not valid" it typically means the domain extension or TLD you entered is not recognized by our system.
As a workaround, simply use the .com extension when ordering. Once your order is complete, submit a ticket to our support team and request a change of the domain extension and we will quickly get it updated for you!
