I am experiencing an issue sending email and receiving a error from MailChannels
If you have having an issue sending mail and are receiving an error from MailChannels, please make sure your SPF record is correct.
In your domain's DNS zone, check that the SPF TXT record has the following:
v=spf1 a mx include:relay.mailchannels.net ?all
We set the above SPF TXT record by default on new accounts, so normally no change is required.
If you transferred your cPanel or DirectAdmin account from another host, the previous hosts SPF TXT record may have been transferred along with the account because TXT records are not normally overwritten during transfer, so correcting the TXT record to the above may be necessary.
If you corrected your TXT record to the above, allowed time for the DNS to propagate and are still experiencing an issue, please submit a ticket and we will assist you!
