Yes! You have the option of using the CloudLinux Manager in WHM or DirectAdmin to set specific system resource limits per package or per account.
How long does it take to activate my service?
Your service is instantly activated upon successful payment.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my hosting plan?
Your hosting plan can be easily upgraded/downgraded from our client area.
Do I need to be a reseller?
No! You do not need to be a reseller to use our reseller hosting services. We have many customers that use their reseller account to host personal sites as well as design agencies that use it to host their designs.
Is WHMCS really free?
Yes! A free WHMCS license with every reseller plan that includes WHMCS.
Can I get the Business reseller plan without WHMCS?
You are free to choose not to use the free WHMCS plan included with our Business reseller plan, but we do not offer any discounts or credit for doing so.
Can I order multiple reseller accounts?
Yes! You can order as many reseller accounts you require. For example, if you want to be able to host using all the control panels we offer, you can submit an order for each control panel type you require.
What payment types do you accept?

Can my customers use SSH?
With all our servers and control panels, SSH Terminal is supported to allow your customers to use SSH right from their browsers.
