Can I downgrade my service?

 

Yes! If you find your service is more than you require, if there is a lower plan available to you, you can downgrade as you wish.

To downgrade while logged into our client area, simply choose "Upgrade/Downgrade" from the Actions menu and choose the available plan to downgrade to.

Upon downgrading, you will be credited the unused portion to your SimpleSonic account credit balance.

That balance can be used towards future invoices or to purchase additional services and/or addon services.

Note: Your SimpleSonic account credit balance is non-refundable.
