How do I cancel my SimpleSonic service/account?
We never like to see a customer go, but we do understand there are times where an account or service is no longer required and therefore it requires cancellation.
If you do need to cancel your service, you can easily do so from our client area (https://www.simplesonic.com/members/clientarea.php).
While logged into our client area:
- Click on the service you wish to cancel
- From the "Actions" menu, click "Request Cancellation"
You will then be given the choice of when to cancel (Immediately or at the end of the billing period).
Please note: Any payment gateway fees will be deducted from any refunds. Also, Cancelling your service is not reversable, so please make sure you have backed up all of your data prior to requesting a cancellation of service!
