Due to ongoing extended hardware procurement times, and much higher costs in general in the region compared to our other locations, we have made the decision to discontinue our Kuala Lumpur Malaysia hosting location.
This change affects all cPanel and DirectAdmin shared and reseller hosting services currently operating in our Kuala Lumpur location.
Existing accounts in this region will be migrated to our USA hosting location in the near future. We will provide additional information regarding the migration once we have confirmed the time/day.
No action is required from you at this time. We will handle the migration of your account and work to minimize any disruption to your services.
We understand that moving services from the APAC region to our USA location may not be preferable for clients who specifically require hosting within that region, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause.
While we are discontinuing our Kuala Lumpur location at this time, we may reassess the viability of offering services in the APAC region in the future as hardware availability, and operating costs change.
